AMC pricing is worked out per ton of refrigeration (TR) for your installed units. Share your unit list and we will send a quotation.
Visits & calls
If no complaint call comes in, we still send a technician four times a year to inspect and service the units as preventive maintenance.
Where repairs happen
Repairs are done at your site. If a unit needs workshop repair, we take it and return it.
Payment & cancellation
100% advance with the signed contract. Either side can end the contract with 60 days' written notice, and the balance is refunded pro-rata. Contracts are not transferable.
Not covered
Damage from supply voltage beyond permissible limits, phase unbalance, rodents damaging cables, or physical damage to the unit is repaired at extra cost.
