Consultancy in HVAC
Architects, builders and facility teams usually bring us in here, before the drawings are frozen. We walk the site, work out the heat load for every room from its size, glazing, occupancy and equipment, and recommend the system that fits. If a simpler system will do the job, we say so.

Designing & Turnkey Execution
Duct routes, pipe sizes, drain slopes and static pressure are settled on the drawing before a bracket goes up. Our own engineers then run the job on site, from material delivery to pressure testing and commissioning, so there is one team accountable from start to finish.

Air Conditioning & Air Cooling Systems
Most of our installations run on Daikin VRV. One outdoor system serves many indoor units, each room is controlled separately, and the inverter compressor only works as hard as the load needs. For smaller sites we install ductable, cassette and split units.

Ventilation Systems
A building can be cool and still feel stuffy. We size fresh-air and exhaust for the occupancy of each space, and where it saves energy we use heat reclaim ventilation to pre-cool incoming air with the air going out.

Service Support through AMC
Most of our clients stay with us after handover through an Annual Maintenance Contract. Our technicians service the system on a fixed schedule and attend breakdowns, so problems get fixed by people who know how the system was installed.
